Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatments Appointment Policies

Before scheduling your appointment at Brows & Beyond Lounge, please review our Appointment Policy.

This Appointment Policy applies to the following services: lip and facial line fillers, fat dissolving treatments, needle free Botox, lip blushing, ombre brows, non-surgical BBL, MSCULPT Body Sculpting, eye bag and under eye dark circle removal, correction of skin discoloration from scars/acne, threading:

• BOOKING FEE: A $75 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required upon booking your appointment. This fee will go towards your service or used to cover last-minute cancellations.

• If you do not pay your booking fee, your appointment will be canceled and given away. We accept Square, Venmo or cash app.

• There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are past the 15-minute late mark, you will forfeit your deposit. It is at our discretion to decide if we will have enough time to take your appointment.

• If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment will be canceled, and you will forfeit your deposit You will also be charged 50% of the cost of services booked. You will need to schedule a new appointment.

• If you need to CANCEL/RESCHEDULE your appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If not, you will forfeit your booking fee and you will be charged 50% of the cost of services booked.

• We do not offer refunds for services under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you experience any problems, you must let us know reported to us within 48 hours of service to avoid additional fees.

• NO additional guests may accompany you during your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are experiencing any COVID like symptoms, PLEASE RESCHEDULE.

• Due to the nature of these service, we kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment.

• Our policies stated above are nonnegotiable and apply to each client, therefore please read this thoroughly before scheduling services with us.

All clients MUST fill out an online consent form, which will be sent via email after the appointment deposit has been made.

Additional Powder Brow Policies

Before scheduling your Powder Brow appointment at Brows & Beyond Lounge, please review our Powder Brows Appointment Policy:

• All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your appointment.

• If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subject to an extra charge of $100 OR your appointment will be cancelled, and another deposit will be required to rebook.

• ​72 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. If you do not do so your deposit will be forfeited.

• ​If you NO SHOW without giving any notice, you will be charged 100% of the value of your appointment.

• If you’ve had ANY work done by a different artist, please submit clear photos of prior treatment for your Brows & Beyond brow artist to approve prior booking. All earlier work is considered a full service and subject to an extra charge of $100+ depending on the severity of each case.

• ​NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please limit to 1 guest.

• All results will vary per person depending on skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.

• We are not liable for any changes to the brows once the final decision has been approved during consultation. To ensure satisfaction, please carefully review drawn shape and color prior to starting the brow tattoo process.

• ​Pre- and post-care instructions are sent out in an email confirmation when booking. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all instructions.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or fire a client for any given reason.

• PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
